That's just the natives. The natives of the United Arab Emirates are the richest people in the world. Or it's a tie between them and the Saudis. Like, 90 percent of the population of the UAE are immigrants. Other Arabs, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, and even a few Chinese people.
