BUT these caught ones are RUINED for their lifes. they have to pay the cleansing of everything they sprayed. for example my cousin once caught a sprayer who sprayed at my aunt's house (a big house - 6 family house) and it were 12.000€ the guy had to pay. and that was only ONE house. he sprayed lot's of others, too. thefine MUST be HUGE. that's like filesharing - they catch only a few out of millions. but the ones caught are ruined.
