You have to assume that post IRA and 11 Sept there ain't a tube station in the west you could do that in anymore and not be nicked immediately..

and yeah. i remember a guy from thepolice comming to our school. he told us that they catch only few of the sprayers. BUT these caught ones are RUINED for their lifes. they have to pay the cleansing of everything they sprayed. for example my cousin once caught a sprayer who sprayed at my aunt's house (a big house - 6 family house) and it were 12.000€ the guy had to pay. and that was only ONE house. he sprayed lot's of others, too. thefine MUST be HUGE. that's like filesharing - they catch only a few out of millions. but the ones caught are ruined.

let the owner decide if it's graffiti or art. if the owner does NOT agree it's vandalism and MUST be punished.

it may be art, but its still vandalism, people will appreciate this "art" more if it was done legally, say... on a piece of canvas...and the "artists" may even get some money for it

yo bump to them! that was no bulls**t there was only one security guard and and a whole crew of them wut is he supposed to do besides wait for back up and they smashed those cars maaad fast. i like my man wit the 2 cans throwin that could up real fast. madd props to all of them.
