Posted by:  Guest  on February 6th, 2006OY, Rugby have different specialised possitions , every possition does bassically a different job these are seperated into forwards and backs or big men and prettyboys. forwards secure the ball and go into scrums and lineouts and backs ussually do the kicking and running. within these each possition does something different like fullback and outside half. anyhow footy is known as association football and american football is gridiron is it not. rugby players dont get as injured as they dont run into opposing players with there heads but there are plenty of injuries and props always rough it up in the front row. also usa are the current olympic champs. although there form is bad as wales beat them something like 77-3 with 11 of thier players on the lions tour.

Posted by:  Guest  on February 6th, 2006rugby players i'll admit prolly do have more stamina but you cannot compare since football has specialized positions while rugby everyone does pretty much the same thing...also rugby they kick the ball when being chased... not breaking tackers... furthermore football does seem to have more injuries then rugby despite the padding
