The monkey torture guy is indeed Jim Dangle from Reno 911! his name is Thomas Lennon, and Barry Lutz is Michael Ian Black who has been in a couple episodes of Reno, had the show Stella with two other cast members from The State (the show was cancelled, but they still do it on stage) hes also been in Several other things like Ed, Tom Goes to the Mayor, and Viva Variety. Kerri Kenney (Trudi Weigel) was also in The State. As was Ben Garant. I wish I could find more clips!! =( I loved that show...
