If it weren't for a bunch of Europeans (pelgrims and the british) and the native indians you would never have had what you do now. That having been said, if it wasn't for a Mexican (Santa Ana) you would be missing a big chunk. So for all you racists out there, f**k you, you just got lucky. Be grateful what you have but you don't rule the world. I've lived in the states and in Europe so I've seen both sides.

It's not fair for people to just classify Americans. It's just the easiest to because probably the most "visible". Either way, there are a lot of jerks in every country, the crazy thing is that it seems like the only people anyone else sees are these jerks!

Posted by:  Guest  on February 6th, 2006saying "America > World" really doesn't reflect well on the american public. throughout the world, americans are seen as big-headed, self centred and oblivious. the actual number eludes me but from many polls, it was shown that a large percentage of americans had never actually left american soil. this hacing been said, they still think that america is the greatest country/continents, showing boundless stupidity and ignorance. of course not all americans think this way, but sadly that is the impression that is given off by most.
