Obvious, if it "it is teaching our children and the ignorant minded that such things are fun to do", then what the hell are the parents doing? The parents should be teaching them that stuff like that isn't fun to do, if they don't, then it's unsurprising that they turn out like that. Stop blaming people for your shortcomings and deal with the problem.
