Having sold over a million copies of their self-titled debut disc, and being one of the most popular new rock bands over the last couple of years, these guys are smart enough to pass on fixing something that ain't broke. Their new record, The Reason (Island Records), features the same melodic hooks and loud guitars that left the songs ";Crawling in the Dark" and "Running Away"playing in your head long after you turned off the radio. That's not to say this band is a one-trick pony, but the fact is these guys aren't just dumb rocker types.
