He didn't "win" the case. It was probably dismissed without prejudice, so that the plaintiff can sue again at a later date.

U guys do know that judge judy isnt a "REAL" court... both sides just sign a contract saying they will agree to do whatever she decides the punishment should be. and that guy was HIGH AS F**K!!!

I was wondering about this. I saw this a few months ago, I don't understand why the plantiff would lose in this case, its not her fault that the defendant showed up high in court. So that means if someone sues you for something you do, you can just pretend your high and not answer straight up questions and you win the case. Hmm theres gotta be some law behind this.
