Actually if you go by both Lucas's comments and the line Palpatine uses in Ep3, Vader is the most powerful. What he lost in sword fighting skills due to his crippling, he gained in force power. He also destroyed the Emperor, so nuff said.
And yes, this video looks prerendered and the game will be nothing like this, if it even is a game in development

That character isn't more powerful than Vader, Vader can do such stuff too, but he doesn't need to do that!
If he wanted to kill luke, he would certainly do that.
Vader wants seduce Luke to the dark side, something that can't be done with a dead Luke.
Vader isn't low on the force, he has 80% of the power that the emperor has, with that suit! Everybody knows Palpatine is the most powerful banana in the galaxy and Vader is second

The game would be too easy if you were a jedi with all that power at your disposal and you'd only face small groups of troopers, my guess...you're probably the trooper. As for the character being more powerful than vader...well, vader is kinda low on the Force since Mustafar, and never really was that powerful (unless you're impling that no other Jedi could close a door by using the Force). I too have a hard time believing that such a game would not require NASA like systems...that's why I applied there for a job. Yet first there must be a game...it's gonna take awhile. :)

all im interested in is...is this even a star wars game? i mean u c all those ppl put their light saber away and use telekinesis to fight ppl...so whats the point of light sabers??? unless u only get that right before the final level, and its not powerful enough to just kill vader wit one shot or something, or can only use it once in a long while, then i say this games gonna be s**t

This video is all pre-rendered. Like most PS3 demos. The movement and graphics will look nothing like this in the final release. This was probably done using something like Maya and sticking a frame by frame animation together.
Even the most powerful of PCs couldnt run anything like this in real time. The characters step over rocks etc which leads me to believe that they are motion captured , pre-rendered models. And the most powerful PC now adays, lets say a dual core 4800 X2, with a quad SLI setup and 4GB of RAM , is far, far .... faaaaar superior to a cell processor with a ( I believe ) ATI card equivelent to a x800.

Heath that was just a example of what the force powers were like in the game not what all the fighting consisted of .
You can still use your lightsaber as per any other starwars jedi based game .
I think it looks awesome hopefully it will get some other angles on the starwars universe and introduce some new characters cant wait to play demo
If anyone knows where to download more of this game post a message to let us know .

I hadn't even heard about this game until I clicked on this video and I can already say I don't like what they're doing. There's no FIGHTING. You just use the force unnaturally to take out squads of enemies ... hell, even a Tie Fighter? NONE of that had ever been done in the movies! Its like the character is more powerful than Vader.

Aussie comedian Brendon Burns isn't shy about saying what is on his mind, which is pretty well demonstrated in this clip where his views on racism are questioned.
