i agree with iiyama its not F1. I think its F3000 or smaller classes

Amazingly i saw this live a few years ago now and what they haven't said is that the race wasn't called off because the flipping car actually finishes third! Final lap, finishing straight, no joke!

That is F1 iiyama, remember watching it live several years ago. It actually happened on the finishing straight on the last lap so he still completed the race.
