If you cannot understand the moves they use, try pay attention to the limbs that they're locking. If you're standing in the circle, I'm sure you'll get your joints broken in no time...

What I don't understand is that why there're not punching on each other's face. Perhaps it's prohibited. Maybe this is a competition which you have to get hold of your opponent and force him to tap out.
