Posted by:  G-man  on September 8th, 2006He clearly forgot that Glocks chambers (like most handguns) a round when the mag is pulled out. (In order to remove that, the reiever has to be cocked back again, and the round is ejected, from the side port.
Glocks do have a safety, there is a "middle" trigger that prevents the trigger being pulled if their is unequal force applied to it. I.e you have to pull the whole tigger, not a corner or side of it, which can happen if caught on clothing or while being pulled from the holster/put back in.

Posted by:  Guest  on February 6th, 2006Not a stunt at all, just carelessness. A great deal of accidental shootings happen due to the shooter forgeting that a round can be chambered. Pop out the clip and you have an empty gun, right? It is surprising how often this has happened not because someone who knows nothing about guns handles the firearm, but the owner, knowing exactly how it works, has a moment of forgetfulness and hasn't trained themselves to eject the chamber even on an "empty" gun.

It was a complete set up by the officer to shwo kids how easy it is for an accident to happen...

for as smart as some of you dicks think you are, you obviously arent.

No Officer I know of would ever unholster a loaded pistol inside a school, let alone be dumb enough to let it go off. There ARE plenty of foolish officers around but none of them are quite THAT ignorant.
