to whoever said a scronny light weight boxer can beat up this guy up your dont know ANYTHING about REAL fights . Boxers get scaped in the UFC and all what they know how to do is just throw a good punch and from what I've seen FROM real fights is that its hard to throw a punch with your face down on the floor . Second to those people who think he is on roids cause of his voice , and if you really think about it what if one of u fat dudes sitting on your computer chair were to work out and get huge with creatine and such. Now even though your body is bigger your voice would be the same (unless your one of those 14 year olds going through pueperty trying to preatend you know all what their is to know about this stuff ) because bodybuilder affects your mostly your muscles and not your voice box. Plus police guys know how to fight , maybe not like good but better than any light weight guy who ONLY knows how to box in the ring. And last to those dudes who say dumb things that i would hear walking past a middle school To step up and say that to his face

Dude, those are 200 POUNDS DUMBELLS. Do you have ANY clue how heavy that is? Just because you are a fat ass and can do some pushups doesn't mean a thing. If anything you have a smaller range of motion than a skinny guy, so the extra fat doesn't mean much.

Pushups don't mean sh**.

I'd like to see you in a gym. Why don't you try benching 200 pounds on a BARBELL? Hell, why don't you even try to bench with two 50 pound dumbells? If your best argument is, "I can do pushups with my own weight." then you don't know jack about weightlifting.

And everyone, YES Ronnie Coleman juices. I mean, look at the guy. You don't get that big naturally.

Every really muscular person is on steroids. Once you get round 50 cents size you wont get much bigger unless you use steroids. Steroids are used in all power sports including rugby the nfl and athletcis and many more. Either way it takes extreme dedication to get to the size of ronnie coleman. Ronnie coleman is probably stronger than every power lifter/strongman in the world but he doesnt have pace or stamina that strongman requires. Ronnie coleman will lift more that strongmen in the gym but outside the power lifters would rule. The likes of ronnie coleman have so much power that if they made sudden movements they could tear theyr ligaments to shreds. The weight hes lifting here is about 100 kg in each hand. Remember its alot easier to lift that amount with a barbell than with two seperate dumbells. This mans the most muscular bodybuilder to have ever lived.
