For flat out straight line speed over a longer distance, most automobiles that are capable of 160 mph + will give a bike a run. But, for 1/4 mile short distances, the bike will win every time, hands down. Bikes are just too quick off the line, and with fractions less weight, unless the rider is a noob, he will smoke ANYTHING off the line. Oh, and of course, America rules you w**ker c**t# !

Love cars & bikes but you REALLY need "super skills"+ the heart of a LION to ride a bike fast. Riding is the closest feeling you will get to flying, Super-bikes are so much less pretensious than exotic sports cars. People think you ahve an ego problem driving a $200,000 car.You could buy a whole super-bike with the money you need to "insure" that Porsche.
