According to my Encyclopedia they're about the size of the average human males hand full grown/are not spiders/ and are not venomous..there ya go.

damn! I first saw pics of these things on some US Soldier's sites, but the spiders were shriveled and dead, so they looked smallish. Then I saw a video of a guy putting a live one in his mouth, but it was no where near the size of this one!! That thing is straight out of a video game or something! It'd probably grab your foot if you tried to step on it.

that f**king spider has a camel toe on his face and i aint talking about animals here . that spiders bak was f**king f**king uh compared 2 those fat ugly rocks it was pretty ugly i thought my wolf spiders were big.

They are native to middle eastern countries, I seen one when I was in Oman and another while in Iraq they are scary up close. They kill by injecting their prey with anesthetic then just munch away. U see some of the locals that have been bitten with bits of their calf muscles or worse missing.

judging by the description of the clip, i'd say Iraq
