I have done a few tile breaks in my time and it comes down to having good technique, accuracy and power. I have done four roof tiles with no spacers btw.

it's especially easy to break a series of boards when using spacers like in some of these breaks. All you need to do is break one and the rest will follow. Cheaters! now if the wood was stacked on top of eachother without spacers...

I'd have to say that Hello is somewhat correct. Accuracy has a lot to do with it.
Though you'll need some degree of power dependent on how dense the material is as well as how thick. I've seen like 10 year olds break multiple boards so it wouldn't surprise me.

I used to do karate, an altho these guyz are very good the actual "breakin stuff" is actually down to acuracy not power- break the rite bit in a pile or on sum wood and the rest snap with it
