Actually, he did do that on purpose, it's called the, "Machuga Flop" named after his father who used to do it as a celebration, and this guy, Mike Machuga, just won his first PBA title...I watch bowling a lot...

i dont know after looking that over a few times, i notice how he landed not wanting to break his arm so he landed with his hands on top of the ball so all the pressure would be up against the ball and not his arm. So this does look unrealistic to me. Loosk set up.
