none of u seem to know wat ur talking about
the veyron is fastest production car in terms of top speed but is not the fastest road legal car in terms of top speed cause there are many modified supercars such as the calloway sledghammer which does around 270mph and im sure there are some even faster
in terms of acceleration i think the fastest is some shelby thing already mentioned by someone else but then thats production again and the fastest accelerating road legal car is a vauxhall victor drag car that will do 1/4 mile in 7 second at around 200mph
if all the cars mentioned were to have a drag race i think the vauxhall would definatly be 1st follow by the shelby and the above skyline in 2nd and 3rd then the veyron in 4th and lastly would be an f1 car cause an f1 car has absolutly no grip unless its traveling at speeds high enough for its aerodynamics to work and even if there was a way for the f1 car to get grip the vauxhall would still beat it

erm the buggatti is a production car, the skyline gt model is no longer in production nor is a formula one car a production car, there built ground up racing cars bred for the track
the buggati veyron has competition now from shelby with a car that produces 1040 bhp

Wow, reading these comments is incredible. No one on this site knows anything about cars. Good Job!!! And yes, the Veyron is the fastest production car, and is able to tie the Maclaren F1 to 200mph, that is if the F1 gets a 10 sec. head start (at which point it should be around 135mph depending on the driver.) Anyways, I will leave you to your knowledgeless banter.

A 2004 F1 would beat it to 240mph if the F1 car was set up for it! a modern day f1 car is only geared for around 220mph because they dont have the room to do it! and the 2004 BMW WIlliams DID have around 1000bhp

The Veyron apparently isn't the fastest production car in the world anymore. It's been beaten by the Saleen S7 which is now available with 1000bhp and has a hell of a lot less weight.
