The motor of a truck doesn't account for almost 1/2 the weight; if there really had been a hurricane strong enough to move that damn truck, it would have certainly ripped out that pretty little fence, AND that pretty little house as well. From the look of things, this is either a construction site prank, or a photoshop job. Stop trying to figure out how a picket fence holds a truck.
