Yup a real car, exhausts come out of the front bumper where the fog lights should be. Also so it on Top Gear a while ago. Featured in Max Power too.
I dont imagine its that good to drive thou, the entire car is full of speakers and other audio junk. But i spose its not about driving it, its about listening to it.

It´s a real car, for sure. It´s in the actual Version of "Sound off!", a German tuning-mag. It´s a Citroen C2 ´05 tuned by Alpine. It got 11 AMPs, 12 Monitors and 28 Speakers. Centered driverseat, Airride by Mr. Chills Drop Shop, 150hp by NX, needs 2 batteries of a Truck, 20" Rims by König and a Cituning Maxi Bodykit. I love it. It looks great. U don´t have speedometers in there. Only screens. Damn...

dont think i'd like to be seen in it, but the blue light on silver is cool
This is a clip from the UK, where two girls sit on a kids playground ride while two lads rev up a scooter with it's back wheel pushing the ride around. The results are both hilarious and painful.
