We didnt photoshop it. It said (FINAL) but we turned the I sideways in to the F to make it say (ANAL)! (We were REALLY bored that day.)

Doesn't look so much photoshopped as run through MSpaint. And it's entirely possible they just tilted the I over.. those cards are flexible, I've messed with a few signs like that myself.
