Ok, the full analysis.
Pride--> Win the daily male contest, located in the pub. (You must have an appearance of 30 if you want to win)
Wrath--> Fight the guy in the inn (a high strength would be useful)
Sloth--> Sleep on your bed for a couple of days
Envy--> Beat up the guy in the woods (again consider strength) take the binoculars go to the mansion and use the binoculars to spy on the rich guy.
Gluttony--> Eat at the fast food until you throw up (like shyft said 'fat in a jug' is better')
Greed--> By playing the firing game at work, you'll get promoted to admin then manager and finally you are offered 50£ in exchange for firing your friend.
Lust--> Choose a girl, get her drunk, talk to her she then invites you for a drink, do the shots (or grab her breasts, again from shyft) and that's it.
These are the girls preferences:
Blonde: Interested in strength, likes tequila
Brunette: Interested in looks, likes absinthe
Redhead: Interested on job type, likes the most expensive thing you can find :-)

'fat in jug' is quicker, and cheaper than burgers mate...it takes 7 IIRC, apart from that you're spot on. With the money you only accomplish greed when you fire your mate... any other time spent 'working' is simply to fund your other vices. When drinking with the girl...if you can't be bothered to do all the shots, just reach for her chest... either way you accomplish 'lust'

Make money, get promoted and fire people, get one of the girls drunk, each girl likes a different drink, get 30 in both looks and strength. Eat hamburgers till you throw up, lust with one of the 3 girls when you are asked to go for a drink, Sleep for 2 or 3 days straight. Go to the woods in the far upper left, beat the man take the lenses, go to the mansion use them to look in the windows. Fight the man in your local pub. Win the talent show in the dive bar.

took me awhile to figure it all out, but i've finished the game now.
go to the guy in the bar, and when he asks how the sins are coming on say 'not good, i need help etc'...he'll say 'you suck' say 'I know'...he'll then antagonise you... then 'attack' him... use A and S to throw punches...beat him =wrath
